Berkey & Gay bedroom set & dresser

This bedroom set came home with
me last week.
Berkey & Gay set with
rails and swivel mirror.

Score huh?!?

It will not be painted by popular demand so
I will do some light cleaning, hoping
to get it done sometime this week.

Sigh...just love that hand painted tole design...

I did get some painting done this week,
this beautiful vintage dresser is
painted with Vintage Market & Design Furniture Paint.
It's a CHALK based paint.

The color is "Blue Heron" and "Lace"

Waxed with "Light Sienna" and "White Silk"
then sealed with "Clear Cote" for protection.

It looks soooo creamy doesn't it?

New Leaf & Porcelain VM&D

With Spring around the corner,
I decided to paint these fold-able
chairs in Spring colors.

This is "New Leaf" by
Vintage Market & Design Furniture Paint,
a CHALK based paint.

After painting and distressing,
I went ahead and
"Clear Coted" them for
added protection.

These two lovelies
are painted in
"Porcelain", also by
Vintage Market & Design Furniture
Paint.

After distressing, I skipped the waxing
and "Clear Coted" them for
porch weather.

Where can you find "New Leaf" and "Porcelain" Paint?

Vintage Market & Design Furniture Paint
can be found at both my spaces.

It protects from wear and tear for years to come.

My paint workshop students painted this cutie with
VM&D Furniture Paint "Oxford",
waxed it with 2 different VM&D Furniture Paint waxes;

and sealed with VM&D Furniture Paint "Clear Cote"
for added protection.

One of my VM&D Furniture Paint Colors is
