Ohhhh Venus...

Jars and leather...

I picture these jars full of creepy crawlies...with a soft black candle flickering in the background..are you scared?

Thrifted these jars at my favorite shop...

Are you a sucker for worn leather? Me too...I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this beauty, I cleaned it up but I think it needs extra TLC so I am going to take it to a leather shop to see what magic they can do.

What are you plans for this weekend? I am happy to say that we have another 3 day weekend so I am going to craft and maybe craft some more.

Grocery Savings...

I don't normally post about my coupon savings but I just had to brag about my latest grocery shopping trip.

I shop at Publix, FL...I saved a whopping $115.74 and ONLY spent (OOP) $23.03!!!!

I love the BOGO deals (buy one get one free) at Publix, you can really stock up on items. AND with having 2 growing boys and my husband....it helps because they sure eat a lot!!!

Stormy Sundays

Stormy Sundays are when you wear your Jammie's all day long,

when you watch your child work on his young author book,

when you see his face and eyes light up as new ideas form in his head,

when his tongue moves back and forth as he creates his art.

and even when your cat takes a nap after playing her IPOD...haha

Halloween Card Exchange

My favorite holiday is Halloween...I love to decorate the house creepy style...and if I could.... I would also trick or treat with my kids...hahaha

With that being said would anyone be interested in having a Halloween Card exchange with me? No size requirements, can be handmade or store bought. We have until the 20th to complete the card. I would like to ship every ones card out before October that way we can use them in our Halloween decorations.
