Side yard...

The left over edging I placed by
the front of the porch

BEFORE

It was somewhat harder this time
as I encountered a lot of oak tree
roots. Sooo...that is why I
had to stop under the trees.
I have to think of something
else to use there.

It's so hot outside right now that
I didn't get a chance to push
the dirt back or weed
that area of the garden.

It looks so much better than before...

It's not a straight line due to the roots
but it really defines the garden area.

Remember this project from a couple
of days ago?...well I finally finished the second
stand...

I planted pentas, french lavender called Oh la la,
violets, yarrow, and a couple
other plants.

The bees and butterflies are sure happy...

I added my kids marbles since
they no longer care to play with them.

Here they are...
Two rusty old fish tank plant stands
turned into planters.

My hubby came home yesterday with gardening
gloves, guess he got tired of me
complaining about my hands...hehehe

I am done with projects for this week...
tomorrow I will show you what I found at
the flea market this morning.

Happy day...
Sylvia

Love that combo of flowers! Pentas are such butterfly magnets, aren't they...and the planters look great!

You did a great job Sylvia!
I'm wondering, is it always warm where you live? Or do you have cold winters?
Hugs from Luxembourg!
