Mornin Glory Mosaic

While hubby worked on the pool,
I worked on this...
an estate sale find from a couple of weeks ago.

Since my last mosaic table sold within
days, I've decided to do another!!

I've only worked with stain glass pieces twice
and have officially decided that
I like working with plate pieces better.

There are too many nooks and crannies with
stain glass pieces, it's very time
consuming to get the grout out.
I used Valspar grey flat paint from Lowes,
it's a mistint marked down to $2.80.
I love looking at their mistints!!

A friend from long ago gave me these
lovely pieces that she found by the
curb. Yes, the curb!!!
A Morning Glory table.

I will be taking the table to the shop today,
you can see it at:

I just painted a table identical to that one!!! I thought about doing mosaic because the top is recessed, but I got lazy, I know how much work it is! It is gorgeous, wishing you another quick sale

Your table looks wonderful. I got one at auction very similar but with three shelves. Hard to paint.

It won't last long.

Oh, the hard work using the stained glass is certainly worth it to the purchaser! It is beautiful! It looks like sea glass in the photos. Well done!

You're so talented to be able to take pieces of discarded glass and create such a beautiful piece of art! I've always wanted to do the plate thing but I've backed out of it numerous times. THIS gives me motivation! Thanks for linking up over at Club G.W. with Charm Bracelet Diva. Us Club members need to stick together. :)
