Silver Sunday...

Two Great things about Sunday is NFL football (Go Cowboys!) and Silver Sunday! For my show and tell this day is 4 little salt cellar swans with two tiny spoons. Yes, they are flea market finds of years past but I think they are the cutest! I use them more for decoration than what they are meant for. The two glass and silver baskets I've had for years and I use them as my easter basket decorations for around the house. They look really cute with colored easter grass.  Now I am off to Gypsy Fish to see more silver goodies...
Have a great Sunday...

P.S.....I went to the Mt. Dora flea market yesterday, fun, fun, fun....I will post pictures tomorrow...stay tuned.

P.S.S.  want to have some fun and join a simple valentine exchange? Visit Lemoncholy's Flight of Fancy for more details.

I collect salts and those are precious. I have never seen some like that. I only collect the clear glass, so of course, I am drawn to yours. Great post!

Ooh, I love those little swans! I think salt cellars would make a great collection, and these swans would be a good start to one! :)

Lovely, graceful swans ... very pretty, Sylvia!

I know we're suppose to be talkin' about silver here ... but this is Eagle territory! ... actually for us it's Steeler's territory ... at least your team is still in the chase ... doesn't look like for long though, I just checked the score ; (

Oh I love those swans. I am so jealous of you girls with all of the silver. I have very little, and what I have is to tarnished to post. On your earlier post about the tufted sofa....I love it! I have been looking for one like that for my bedroom for ages. Wish I lived close to your thrift store. Lisa
