Majolica and Garden box window

SCORE!!!
I'm not talking about football...
I so scored at the thrift store this morning!!

Etruscan majolica for $2.00!!!
I did not let this baby go until it was paid for...
it now sits with the rest of my collection.

Another project I worked on this Sunday...
Was marrying an old vintage window
with an old tool box I had bought
from Susie awhile back.

Turned out pretty darn cute!

Four screws were added to the back
of the box and front of the window for support.

hehe...a bit crooked in the picture but still cute.

To keep or not to keep?

Have a great day,
Sylvia

Oh it is darling, I say keep it for awhile! You can always sell, but can;t get it back!

I'll say you scored big time!
The majolica begonia leaf plate usually sells for anywhere from $65 to $125. I have one similar and I know. My sister has over 200 pieces of majolica and most of it cost well over 60. per piece.

So, you did very well.

I love how you put it all together. Very nice! Since you already have a collection, I would say to keep it. If you didn't, I would say sell.
